Yes — Leon is the planning system we know best and have used most extensively, but we've worked across other crew management platforms too. We'll let you know upfront if there are any limitations specific to your setup.

Absolutely. We work on both ongoing retainer arrangements and short-term engagements — covering peak periods, team absences, start-up phases, or specific projects like roster builds.

How quickly can you get started?

Typically within one week of agreeing scope. We keep onboarding lean — a briefing call, system access, and we're operational. No lengthy procurement processes on our side.

Do you handle crew travel bookings directly?

Yes. Crew travel management includes hotel sourcing and booking, positioning flight reservations, and ground transport coordination — all managed in line with your crew's schedule and duty times.
